ROCKINGHAM HOUSING AUTHORITY 2025-2026 ANNUAL PLAN and CFP FIVE YEAR ACTION PLAN

The Rockingham Housing Authority is requesting written public comments on its proposed Annual Plan for our fiscal year 2026 and RHA CFP Five Year Plan which may be reviewed at our office temporarily located at 733 Armstead Street, Rockingham, NC 28379. Written public comments must be submitted by April 29, 2025 to the RHA Main Office at 733 Armstead Street, Rockingham, NC 28379. Please make them to the attention of Chereka Belton, Executive Director.

A Public Hearing to present and receive comments regarding the proposed annual plan and capital fund five year action plan will be conducted as follows:

The Rockingham Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will vote on the adoption of the 2025-2026 Annual Plan and Capital Fund Five Year Plan on Wednesday, April 30, 2025  immediately following the public hearing at the Gore Community room located at 605 Gore Drive, Rockingham, NC 28379.
