Charges for Lease Violations
Tampering or disabling Smoke Alarm each time - $30 (First 2 offenses, eviction on 3rd offense)

Parking vehicle on grass or other unauthorized area - $25
Failure to clean out cabinets, pantries, and/or remove dresser drawers for Pest Control - $25
Repeated Housekeeping Failure - $185
Excess utility charges are based on a yearly updated allowance schedule. Note: any item(s) not specifically listed previously shall be charged on the basis of the following schedule:
Minor Repairs/Charges - $25
Minor repairs/charges are defined as staff involvement of 1 hour or less, but do not include labor charge.
Moderate Repairs/Charges - $50
Moderate repairs/charges are defined as staff involvement of over 1 hour but less than 2 hours but does not include labor charge.
Heavy Repairs/Charges - $75
Heavy repairs/charges are defined as staff involvement of 2 hours and over but does not include labor charge.
